Quality control coordinator

Job description

For our Italian HQ based in Cinisello Balsamo (MI) we are seeking a proactive Quality Control Coordinator with skills/experience in managing co-ordinating of Quality Control activities and functions. Responsibilities: Act as a focal point for issuing test notifications to inspectors, agencies, and customers, ensuring they are submitted promptly and in exhaustive way. - Timely scheduling and allocation of Agency Inspector / NoBo / QC Engineer attendance for specific quality control activities including pre-inspection meetings and stage & final inspection and testing. - Maintain registers of notification of inspections across multiple projects with multiple vendors / sub-contractors - Assembly / compilation of manufacturing record books / manufacturing data records (MDR) according to Approved Indexes - Preparation of data to support Quality management reviews and report system improvements.
