In this role, you will contribute directly to the assembly, testing, and calibration of advanced subsea and downhole products. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Perform a range of workshop activities, including assembly, testing, and calibration of subsea and downhole products manufactured at the Stavanger Factory. - Actively promote a safe working environment by identifying and raising safety concerns and intervening when unsafe situations are observed. - Document all work thoroughly using defined reporting templates to ensure accurate and compliant quality documentation. - Identify and report product or process quality issues, deviations, and improvement suggestions through the established quality system. - Support continuous improvement initiati...
