Description We are seeking a dedicated Hospice Resource Nurse to join our dynamic team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve. Sangre de Cristo Community Care is the Southern Colorado leader in enhancing the quality of life and maintaining the integrity of individuals and their families in need of supportive or end-of-life services by offering symptom management, support, comfort, and compassion. As a Resource Nurse you will assist the care team by providing and directing the provision of nursing care, based on agency policy and procedures, through the competent application of the nursing process. Provides coverage for patients and assists with intakes as needed. This position is Full-Time, 3 days per week, 12 hour shifts.
