The Opportunity: We're looking for a Data Manager to own the health, accuracy, and usability of data across our systems. This is a hands-on role at a growing startup where you'll be the go-to person for keeping our CRM (HubSpot) running cleanly, building automations that save the team hours of manual work, and delivering reporting that actually drives decisions. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership—so being comfortable juggling priorities from multiple stakeholders is a must. What matters most is that you're resourceful, curious, and quick to pick up new tools and techniques.
