In this role, you'll: Work as part of the Discrimination and Harassment Prevention Unit delivering enterprise wide cultural change and inclusion initiatives that foster a respectful, safe and inclusive workplace. This role will see you implement evidence based discrimination and harassment prevention strategies and contribute to risk mitigation, education and cultural reform across Transport for NSW. You will drive behavioural change and prevention focused outcomes in a dynamic, high-impact environment where collaboration, resilience and legislative insight are key to influencing workplace culture.
