Job description

What will you do… The Team Lead Professional Services ensures high-quality, KPI-driven delivery and cross-functional integration across Professional Services teams, shaping operational execution and strategic development. The role drives operational excellence and resource efficiency, while contributing to service innovation and supporting strategic sales opportunities. You will lead and develop a multidisciplinary team through coaching, performance management, and target setting. Act as a mentor for team people & key people in Professional Service. Plans, prioritizes, and allocates resources in alignment with PM, Service, and Sales to ensure efficiency. Monitoring project progress in terms of time, budget, and quality. Early identification and assessment of risks and initiation of appropriate mitigation measures, incl. escalation handling Ensures technical execution quality, standards adherence, and promotes best practices.
