SUMMARY: The Maintenance Technician I is required to perform equipment maintenance on machines with Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems. Some fabrication and welding are also required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Under the direction of a Lead/Supervisor perform preventative maintenance, general maintenance, installations and repairs to electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic equipment/systems and/or routine maintenance duties on the facility, building grounds, equipment and machinery at the site - Use standard and special maintenance/repair tools including, but not limited to hand tools, saws, drills, cutting devices, grinding tools, measuring devices, etc. - Work with an attitude toward continuous improvement with a team approach to problem-solving and decision making. - Prioritize and assign jobs, monitor variances. - Ensure that appropriate records, instructions and prints are maintained. - Perform duties a safe manner at all times. - Follow policies and procedures including manufacturer’s instructions and related regulations (EHS, Hazcom, LOTO, electrical/mechanical safety, etc.) - Perform Machine Maintenance - Perform Plant...
