Description Travel Requirement: Up to 10%: Here at Sherpa 6, we build mission critical systems for the Department of Defense (DoD) and commercial customers. We are seeking an experienced Resource Coordinator to lead multiple engineering teams across several projects. This role will play a crucial role to oversee staffing, resource planning and forecasting, and cross-disciplinary collaboration for engineers spanning backend, frontend, mobile, QA, DevOps, UX/UI, AI, and data engineering. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the PMO, Project Controller and all engineering disciplines by maintaining the master resource schedule that spans all projects. - Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to create continuous 1, 3, and 6 month forecasted resource plans. - Close cross-team resource gaps to enable resource leveling across new and closing contracts, shifting government priorities, and changing mission needs. - Allocate staffing across projects to balance delivery needs, skills development, and business priorities. - Work with technical leads to coordinate creating recruiting artifacts, interview teams, and interview assessment plans. - Remove blockers, manage technical trade-offs,...
