They deliver service excellence to guests and customers by listening to their needs, analyzing information, and creating tailored proposals in a pleasant and professional manner. This position is responsible for negotiating and closing sales, selling, detailing, and servicing all customers for all social and catering events while exceeding sales targets. _____________________________________________________________________________ Performance Expectations: Solicit, negotiate and confirm new and repeat business through various efforts to maximize revenues to meet/exceed goals. Conduct regular site visits. Maximize revenue management by selling our need to fill. Negotiate and finalize contract and banquet event orders by meeting with clients. Research competing hotels, prospect and network to surface business. Utilize Meeting Planner surveys to follow up with all groups.
