Practice Manager – Nira Medical Nira Medical is building the future of neurological care through a clinician-led, patient-centered model supported by modern infrastructure and technology. Our mission is simple: expand access to life-changing treatments for patients with complex neurological conditions. We’re looking for an experienced, operationally strong Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of one (or more) of our neurology clinics. This is a true on-the-ground leadership role—ideal for someone who takes ownership, builds strong teams, and knows how to run a high-functioning clinic without unnecessary friction. You’ll report to the Regional GM and partner closely with centralized operations, finance, and revenue teams. You’ll lead on-site execution while being fully supported by a broader platform designed to help you succeed.
