About the Role: As a Senior Workday Reporting Analyst, you will deliver advanced HR reporting and analytics solutions within the Workforce Intelligence reporting framework. You will design, build, and maintain complex Workday reports and dashboards that enable consistent, high‑quality workforce insights and reduce reliance on ad‑hoc reporting. You will operate as a senior individual contributor, solving complex reporting and data challenges independently while working within established data governance standards and reporting strategy defined by Workforce Intelligence leadership.
