About the team StreetEasy is the most-used local real estate platform in New York City, helping buyers, sellers, renters, and the agents and partners who support them navigate one of the most complex housing markets in the country. As part of Zillow Group’s Product and Design organization, the StreetEasy team is building customer-centered experiences that simplify moving through every stage of the real estate journey. About the role: As Director of Experience Design , you will lead design, research, and content design across StreetEasy’s buying, selling, and renting experiences. You’ll shape the customer experience across web, iOS, and Android, while partnering with cross-functional leaders to connect design decisions to customer outcomes, business impact, and the future of AI-enabled product experiences. You Will Get To: Lead, grow, and develop a multidisciplinary Experience Design team spanning product design, user experience research, and content design, including managing managers and developing second-line leaders.
