Position Type : Full Time position Department : Member Support Center (Call Center) Compensation : $15.00 per hour Available Shifts (Tues - Sat) (Thurs-Mon), Full Time Only): Tuesday - Saturday 1pm to 10pm Thursday-Monday 1pm to 10pm: *This is an in-office position, not a remote position * Applicants selected for this position must be able to attend our 2-week paid training class from 10am-7pm Est Monday through Friday beginning on Monday, May 18th. Day in the life: After completing a two-week paid training, you’ll begin handling inbound phone calls, answering questions/concerns from current and future members as well as club staff regarding the Planet Fitness brand while delivering +1 customer service. In addition, you’ll help maintain department inboxes and monitor call volume as needed. Who are we looking for?: Previous call center or customer service experience is recommended, bilingual is a plus! Must have high school diploma and be at least 18 years old.
