The Application Specialist is responsible for: The successful candidate will have excellent baking and interpersonal skills, as well as an intimate knowledge of the industrial bakery level. - Supporting large/medium industrial bakeries/patisseries with high-end technical advice throughout the island of Ireland. - Seek solutions to customers’ needs and help them in the implementation of products and concepts. - Creating strong and long-term partnerships with the assigned accounts. - Actively promoting Puratos group’s product lines.
