Position Overview: The purpose of this job is to lead a small team producing high quality, technical, customer-facing documentation, working in the Entrust Data Protection Solutions Engineering team in Cambridge. You’ll agree the vision and roadmap for documentation with key stakeholders and own the information architecture of the document content. You’ll encourage contributions from a range of other stakeholders and maintain a shared ownership, “docs as code” culture. You’ll also work as a technical author yourself.
