Psychologist FT on-site | Willow Creek Behavioral Health | Green Bay, Wisconsin About the Job: The Psychologist plans and conducts mental health and substance use treatment services to patients to include psychological assessments, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, and referring patients for appropriate step-down services at discharge. Provides crisis intervention services, psychological evaluations, and testing. Roles and Responsibilities: · Performs psychological assessments, testing, and evaluation based on a physician’s order for services. Makes recommendation for treatment and referral as appropriate. · Provides diagnosis based on assessments, testing, and evaluation. Psychological Evaluations may include the administration, scoring, interpretation, and preparation of reports for diagnostic clarification, and/or other evaluations deemed clinically appropriate. · Develops and implement patient care plans based on area of defined clinical expertise, risk and overall patient care complexity and identifies desired patient outcomes. · Evaluates and monitors patient outcome and response to care using current best practice guidelines and developed clinical protocols. · Provides psychoth...
