Status: Part Time, Non-Exempt Starting Wage Range: $29.73/hr. - $32.74/hr. Department: District Attorney: Position Open Until Filled: Please submit Resume with application: *18 hours a week * ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Analyzes records, evidence and investigative reports to identify the legal basis to support allegations or factual findings, and determines whether additional information or investigation is required. - Functions as office Administrator of court electronic database and information systems, including: researching and generating reports with subsequent analysis of case metrics. - Researches and analyzes complex legal topics as assigned using statutes, regulations and policies resulting in memoranda and c data compilations in report format. - Prepares legal documents including subpoenas, summons, affidavits, findings of fact, proposed orders, writs, correspondence, motions, notices and other documents and records pursuant to statutory authority. - Executes office budget, purchasing, invoicing, revenue collections and general bookkeeping using County financial production systems. - Oversees electronic discovery program, including maintenance of cloud services and databases w...
