Introduction to the Job: ASML US is seeking Ethics, Privacy and AI Officer to manage complex and sensitive ethics investigations, elevate the company's speak-up culture, and oversee end-to-end ethics case management. The role will also lead US privacy compliance operations, interpret and operationalize evolving state privacy laws alongside global GDPR requirements, and drive meaningful governance, training, and risk mitigation initiatives.
