Description Primarily responsible to greet and welcome all guests to the hotel and relieve guests of their luggage on arrival. You will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times, and that all guest requests are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner. Providing basic security for staff and guests during their shift. In Addition to assist guests with luggage, the Bell staff will assist with Housekeeping as needed and respond to basic maintenance issues. Requirements: BELLMAN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. To be present at the reception desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested and designated times [arrive schedule] per GM. 2. Assists and Escort guests with luggage to and from the front desk, as requested 3. Inspects guest room for order and adequate supplies and informs guests of room amenities 4.
