Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated C9 Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating multiple components of the C9 line, including the face station, liner station, rewinder, and extruder. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain product quality, follow safety protocols, and perform routine equipment monitoring and adjustments. Shift: 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m Sunday - Saturday Rotating Shifts Required Experience: · High school diploma or GED required. · Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. · Ability to read and interpret production specs, work orders, and safety instructions. · Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience: · Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. · Prior experience with coating, laminating, or extrusion equipment is a plus. · Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.
