Hours: Continental shifts - 4 x 11 hour shifts including days and nights, followed by 4 days off Work pattern: Includes evenings, weekends, nights and bank holidays Duration: Permanent West Midlands Safari Park is currently sourcing candidates for the role of Guest Services Host. The position delivers a variety of duties, providing outstanding service to ensure that our onsite luxury Safari Lodge guests receive an incredible accommodation experience. This varied and exciting role will require the successful candidates to liaise with potential and confirmed guests by undertaking a range of reception and administrator activities. The role will also conduct a variety of physical guest preparation duties including food, luggage and guest transfers, and be on hand to assist with any other additional guest requests. About you: As a Guest Services Host you will play an extremely important role. You will be the first and last person that our guests will interact with, and so it is vital that you leave a great long lasting first impression.
