About the Role: BigPanda is looking for a Solutions Architect to help enterprise customers succeed on their AIOps journey. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their post-sales or consulting career who came up through IT operations, is technically strong, and is excited about the intersection of ITOps and AI. You'll work alongside experienced architects and customer success teams to configure the BigPanda platform, support workflow design, and help customers build toward modern, automated IT operations.
