Job Description: As an Assistant Winemaker , you will be a key member in the winemaking team in one of the founding wineries in Margaret River reporting to the Senior Winemaker. You’ll be involved in planning and implementation of cellar operations from grapes to bottling, as well as the development and maintenance of quality standards, including participation in allocation tastings.
