Overview The Director of Operations serves as a key leader within the East Cleveland Corps, supporting the Corps Officers and advancing the mission of The Salvation Army through effective daily operations. This role oversees administrative and fiscal functions, leads the Operations Department, and manages special events. The Director also supports external relations, media engagement, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure alignment across all areas. Additionally, this position contributes to local revenue generation efforts to sustain mission-driven services. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, discretion, adaptability, and a commitment to ongoing development.
