Sr. FP&A Analyst

Job description

The Sr. FP&A Analyst is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities to support the organization's strategic goals. This role involves building out complex financial models and reports, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to senior management to aid in decision-making processes. Essential Functions: - Conduct detailed analysis of financial data, including budget variances, revenue trends, cost drivers, and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis to support business objectives. - Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. - Build out complex financial models and reports for the department and executive management - Prepare and distribute financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders. - Utilize financial planning software and tools to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project accounting, general accounting, business development, program operations, and other departments, to gather data, validate a...
