Description Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Concrete Finishers for projects located in or around Vancouver, WA. This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is $30-$40/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements: - Assisting crew with site prep and concrete pours - Perform mucking and surface preparation - Rake and spread concrete throughout forms - Finish concrete surfaces (smooth, level, and consistent) using floats, trowels, and screeds - Support material movement and job site cleanup - Help maintain job site efficiency and quality standards - 3+ years of commercial concrete experience (foundations, curbs, site work required) - Crew lead or foreman experience preferred - Ability to read and interpret blueprints - Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred - Ability to work at multiple job sites throughout the week (willingness to travel) - Must have mud boots & personal tools including edgers, groover's, trowels, etc. Company Details: Tradesmen International...
