Job description

The MIS Datacenter Operations Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operations, deployment, and lifecycle management of datacenter infrastructure across EMEA. This role ensures high availability, reliability, and performance of compute, network, and facility systems supporting critical cybersecurity platforms. The position bridges IT operations, field engineering, project management, and datacenter facilities, requiring a hands-on, detail-oriented professional capable of operating in high-availability environments. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage daily datacenter operations, including incidents, changes, and ongoing projects across EMEA. Support multi-vendor datacenter network environments by handling alerts, alarms, and incident tickets. Perform root cause analysis and technical investigations for infrastructure issues. Manage incident and service request lifecycle via ITSM tools in coordination with global teams. Coordinate and oversee deployment of cloud and on-premise infrastructure across datacenters.
