Overview $72,000 - $76,000 The Mental Health Clinician conducts assessments and provides therapy to all inmates residing in the mental health day treatment program at the Worcester County House of Corrections. Minimum Education Required: Master's Degree Shift: First Shift Additional Shift Details: Monday - Friday 8-4 Responsibilities: Please note: The essential functions listed in this section are not limited only to the tasks listed and may include other duties as assigned. - Provide individual and group therapy to inmates who have been diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness - Respond to crisis calls from jail staff and/or family members - Maintain necessary documentation to include assessments, therapy notes, file notes, and treatment plans.
