Job Title: Social Worker – MSW / LSW Location: Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, IN Shift: Full-Time Monday 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM; Tuesday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No weekends or on-call responsibilities) Position Overview: Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Social Worker to join our outpatient adult HIV treatment and prevention team. This position offers a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment where you will work closely with a large social work team and be an essential part of the medical care team. You will manage a caseload of individuals living with HIV, providing ongoing psychosocial assessments, resource linkage, and assistance with grant-specific program applications. Experience in HIV case management is highly preferred. You will meet face-to-face with patients and families, collaborating with healthcare providers to facilitate safe, timely care and resource provision. You will also serve as a resource, role model, and mentor within the team, supporting patients’ mental health, social needs, and treatment adherence.
