The hiring range for this opportunity is $75,000 to $125,000 annual salary with incentive opportunities, creating a competitive total compensation package based on our pay scale, and may be modified by location and is commensurate with qualifications and experience. POSITION SUMMARY: The Benefits Manager is responsible for assisting with the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, 401(k) plan and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Additionally, the Benefits Manager will have oversite for the administration all leave of absence, including but not limited to FMLA, CFRA and ADA. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assists HR leadership with the development and implementation of benefit plans.
