Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: The Design & Construction Services Analyst supports the planning, coordination, and administrative management of capital construction projects across the development and construction portfolio. The incumbent works closely with the Preconstruction team, Construction team, Cost Controls Manager, Internal departments including Operations, Real Estate, IT, Security, Marketing departments, etc. and external consultants to ensure projects are organized, documented, and progress according to schedule and internal standards. The Design & Construction Services Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining project documentation, coordinating communication between internal teams and external partners, tracking key milestones, and supporting both preconstruction and construction execution activities. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Support project teams with coordination, documentation, and communication from early planning through construction completion. Maintain organized project documentation—including contracts, drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence—within company systems such as Procore or SharePoint.
