Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, education, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Three years of experience working in compliance, accessibility coordination, or financial operations in higher education. - Knowledge of ADA, Section 504, FERPA, and other relevant regulations. - Evidence of excellent communication, computer and customer service skills. Must be able to communicate sensitive and/or complex information in a confidential and straightforward manner. - Must possess a high level of accuracy, self-motivation, and strong attention to detail. - Must have the ability to handle a heavy workload and multi-task. - Familiarity with academic environment, policies and procedures, knowledge of Banner preferred.
