Job Description: The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for coordinating day to day activities of the front desk, gift shop, call center, bell and reservation staff - Possess knowledge of hotel front office and retail operations. - The Front Desk Supervisor will interview, hire, train, discipline, schedule and evaluate work performance of team members.
