Job description

SUMMARY: The Associate Financial Administrator II plays a key role in preparing and filing quarterly mutual fund reports and analyzing fund performance, expense budgeting, and board reporting for mutual funds, ETFs, and other investment products. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Prepares quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports for assigned funds. - Maintains expense budgets and accruals, as needed, based on contractual fee schedules and fiscal year projections. - Processes expense payment authorizations, as needed, for fund expenses. - Calculates standard monthly management fees and advisor waiver and reimbursements for each fund; distributes fee authorization to the appropriate party. - Utilizes fund performance tracking systems to monitor and review fund performance; distributes information to clients, as needed. - Compiles quarterly reports utilized by Trust’s Board members. - Completes off-schedule projects and ad hoc reporting when needed.
