The Opportunity: We’re looking for a hands-on, people-savvy People & Culture Manager to lead and strengthen our day-to-day HR function. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Administration, you’ll own the core people processes that help WHC run smoothly and scale thoughtfully. This includes recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, manager support, performance management, policy development, compliance, and the continuous improvement of our People & Culture practices. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, supporting leaders, and making sure the people side of the business is both well run and well cared for.
