We care about craft, outcomes, and each other. THE OPPORTUNITY: This is not a role for someone who wants to pick one lane and stay in it. As our Senior CRO Strategist, you will move between building sophisticated strategy and getting your hands into the detail. They will own the CRO discipline for a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients: setting direction, managing budgets, running research, and sitting at the table as a trusted senior advisor. You will join a Digital Experience team spanning Development, UX/UI Design, Delivery, CRO, and Marketing Automation. The quality of this team is high. So are the expectations.
