What Drives Success We are seeking a highly skilled and solution-oriented business attorney with over 5 years of experience to join our legal team. This role will be responsible for providing legal advice to the Company’s parts and supplies business unit, along with other general business matters. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly collaborative, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities: - Providing legal advice to parts and supplies business unit and supporting other functional areas, including environmental and small labor and employment matters. Prior environmental/labor and employment experience is a plus but not required. - Drafting and reviewing contracts, including distribution agreements, supply agreements, master services agreements, staffing agreements, and other legal documents. - Negotiating contract terms with customers, vendors, and other parties. - Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. - Identifying and mitigating potential legal risks within contractual agreements. - Resolving any contract-related disputes or issues. - Conducting legal research to support contrac...
