Description The Department of Neurosciences invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. We seek highly motivated applicants who utilize innovative and cutting-edge approaches to investigate fundamental mechanisms of neural development, regeneration, circuit plasticity, systems function, and neural computation in vertebrate nervous systems and how perturbation of these mechanisms contributes to neurodevelopmental, neurodegenerative, and/or psychiatric diseases. The new investigator will have the opportunity to interact and collaborate with a diverse group of individuals in basic science and clinical departments within the School of Medicine, University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, Cleveland Clinic, Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, and MetroHealth Medical Center.
