Artisan Partners is seeking an experienced Client Reporting Associate to join our Marketing & Communications team. This role is responsible for the accurate, timely, and consistent delivery of client reporting materials that support ongoing client relationships and consultant servicing needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment and understands the precision required within an institutionally focused investment management firm. This position partners closely with Sales/Client Service, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Operations, and Investment teams to ensure data integrity, message consistency, and regulatory compliance across all client-facing reporting materials. Responsibilities: The candidate is expected to: - Own the production, review, and distribution of recurring client reports and related collateral, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery - Respond to ad hoc client and consultant reporting requests, questionnaires, and data inquiries with accuracy and timeliness - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the firm, its investment teams’ philosophies, and individual investment strategies to ensure thoughtful and prec...
