Building Location: Building B - St Marys Medical Center Department: 2007900 MAINTENANCE - SMMC HOSP Job Description: Leads and directs the maintenance operations for our acute care facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Depending on the location, this role may also oversee Environmental Services (EVS), Linen, and Nutrition Services, coordinating efforts to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and service standards. This position involves managing a team of maintenance staff, coordinating repair and maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep commitment to maintaining high standards of care in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include infrastructure and utility management, human resource management, space allocation, regulatory compliance, and financial oversight.
