Clinical Services Manager - Inpatients & Day Case Circle Reading Hospital 37.5 Hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £62,000 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) Circle Reading Hospita l is part of Circle Health Group , Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Clinical Services Manager to join their team of staff in the Inpatients & Daycase department . This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: - Lead the nursing team to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care that meets the individual needs of patients and supports the health of the wider community. - Act as a visible clinical leader and role model, working at least one clinical shift per week and providing expert advice and support to staff. - Ensure that nursing staff consistently identify, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care in line with professional standards and local policies. - Support the s...
