A Career with Point72's Capital Development & Investor Relations Team The Investor Relations team is a high energy group that is responsible for raising funds from external investors to support the firm’s capital management plan and for maintaining strong relationships with the firm’s existing investors. We are the first point of contact for investors and also interact with senior management, internal teams, and external partners such as the administrator, data providers, and consultants. Our team members are based in Stamford and New York, with frequent interaction with the firm’s offices in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo. What you'll do: - Lead coordination and scheduling of monthly and quarterly investor update meetings, including managing calendars, booking conference rooms, and organizing meeting logistics - Assist with planning and execution of investor onsite visits, including meeting room setup, catering orders, and coordination with internal teams - Take notes during investor meetings, enter summaries into the investor relationship database, and flag follow up items for the team - Support investor communications by helping draft the team’s weekly recap and coordin...
