Description Serves as the strategic business leader of hotel operations and assumes the responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence. Oversees key operational departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage/Culinary, Engineering/Maintenance, and Event Management (where applicable). Responsible for developing and executing departmental strategies that align with brand standards and initiatives. Ensures delivery of exceptional guest experiences, drives associate engagement, grows revenue, and maximizes overall financial performance. As a member of the Executive Committee, collaborates with the General Manager and key leaders to implement property-wide strategies that meet or exceed the expectations of guests, associates, ownership, and brand partners.
