Job Description: Responsibilities - your mission In his/her role as Process & Information System Management, the jobholder will be responsible for administrative activities and support to the procurement functions in line with the Service Line Agreement requirements Main responsibilities: Manage purchasing data in SAP: Support Procurement department for SAP PGI system Coordination and support for French perimeter on ARP project and Train activities Manage escalations and subcontractor activities for responsible scope of services Ensure regular two-way communication with strategic buyers in central Procurement commodities Manage stakeholder relationship with multiple functions such as strategic and operational procurement Contribute to innovation and digitalization in the procurement process through the deployment of state-of-the-art process and tools Daily support to the buyers (guardian of the right application of SAP Golden Rules and data processes, knowledge enhancement and SAP Golden rules explanation, how to understand the purchasing data in SAP) Project contribution (mainly ARP): Buyer's support (level 1 and 2) Validation of user's access rights: Requirements - our ideal cand...
