ACCOUNTING INTERN POSTING: Frankenmuth Insurance is seeking a motivated individual to join our Accounting team for a year-round internship opportunity. Position overview: As an intern at Frankenmuth Insurance, you will have a chance to gain hands-on experience assisting the Accounting team on a variety of projects. Primarily you will have the opportunity to assist with state filings and other month-end statutory accounting support. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, to address compliance needs and support the company’s commitment to maintaining accurate, transparent, and compliant business practices. Qualifications: Summary: May perform in one or more of the following Accounting functions such as Reinsurance, Investments, Budget, and Accounts Payable & Receivable; responsibilities may include month-end and statutory accounting support.
