POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Manager, Project Management – Luxury Europe supports the delivery of design and project management activities across Marriott International’s Luxury portfolio in Europe. Reporting to the Director, Luxury Europe, this role is responsible for managing renovation, conversion, and new development projects for managed, franchised, and company-owned hotels, ensuring brand compliance, operational excellence, and design quality within approved budgets and timelines. The role partners closely with Owners, Development, Brand, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to oversee projects from concept through opening. This includes managing consultant coordination, reviewing design documentation, ensuring operational acceptability, and supporting executive approval processes. The position plays a key role in protecting and elevating Marriott Luxury Brands across the region while fostering strong owner relationships and delivering successful project outcomes.
