Job description

What you will do: - Define and execute a comprehensive technology vision and strategy aligned with company goals, product roadmap, market dynamics, and global technology trends - Ensure the delivery of high-quality, customer-centric technology solutions in close partnership with Product, enabling sustainable growth and continuous innovation - Build, scale, and continuously evolve the Technology organisation, including its structure, operating model, processes, governance, and external vendor management - Drive company-wide enablement through the effective use of advanced technologies, digitalised processes, and the responsible adoption of AI and emerging technologies to create sustainable value at both strategic and operational levels - Ensure the reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability of all systems, while maintaining full compliance with relevant information security standards - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Technology team across Engineering, Information Security, Corporate IT (including Office Management), and Business Automation & Applications, fostering capability building and a strong, collaborative culture - Act as a role model for company val...
