Associate Staff Scientist - 2nd Shift

Job description

Position Summary Contributes, with technical and scientific expertise to the design and development of high quality products on time, within budget, and with a high degree of customer satisfaction. Acts as a team leader for 2nd shift (Sunday – Thursday 3 – 11 PM). Primary Duties: Leads 2nd shift team for completion of assigned activities with limited supervision. Process biological specimen samples using aseptic techniques and following lab safety protocols. Performs data collection, interprets, and draws conclusions in an organized manner to continue the development process. Contributes to the development of tools for analyzing large performance data sets generated from experiments. Produces and presents technical information, both written and verbal, for internal and external audiences. Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. Fosters relationships and promotes a team environment to achieve project goals. 8–14. (Reserved for future duties) Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
