Summary The Market Director, Store Operations is a key leader responsible for overseeing the operational performance of multiple store locations within an assigned market. Reporting to the Divisional Vice President of Store Operations, this role ensures operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency wile fostering a customer-centric culture. The Market Director partners with store managers and their teams to achieve organizational goals, enhance profitability, and provide an exceptional customer experience to achieve sales and profit targets.
