Technical Program Manager, Data Center Services

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in the construction management, engineering management (e.g., electrical, mechanical, civil, geotechnical, controls) or real estate development environment with 5 years focused on facilities (e.g., data centers, chip fab, pharma, power plants, industrial, etc.). - 8 years of experience in infrastructure planning, capacity strategy, supply chain management, or technical program management within the data center, cloud computing, or related technology industries. - 8 years of experience in managing cross-functional programs. - 5 years of experience in program management or planning for data center infrastructure. Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience in construction program and project delivery of facilities over the full project life-cycle. - Experience in data center operations, monitoring systems, mechanical infrastructure systems, mechanical maintenance, and Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC). - Experience with data center equipment/environments, including swit...
